Self-Identification & Workplace Experience Survey

We want to hear from you – everyone matters at Vancouver Coastal Health​

All medical staff are encouraged to complete VCH's Self-Identification & Workplace Experience Survey that is open until June 17, 2022.

The information collected through this survey will help VCH understand the state and needs of the current workforce and the work environment as experienced by each unique individual, and ultimately identify opportunities to improve the workplace for all.

An external third party vendor, WorkTango, is administering the survey. All survey responses are voluntary and anonymous. WorkTango will collect individual responses and will report anonymized aggregated responses to VCH. Survey data will be secure and protected at all times by WorkTango.

Access the survey

  • ​Unique link
    • Medical staff will receive a unique, secure link to the survey in an email from WorkTango (pulse@worktango.io). This link should only be accessed by the recipient.
  • ​VCH Listen or QR Code
    • ​Medical staff can access the survey through the WorkTango's VCH Listens secure link or a QR code , using their employee ID number or MSP billing number. The employee ID or MSP billing number is only required to validate access to the survey. Survey results will not be associated with an employee ID or MSP billing number; VCH will not know who responds to the survey.

VCH's goal is to understand who its people are so that it can make better decisions that impact staff and medical staff and identify opportunities to make the workplace a safe, equitable and inclusive environment in which everyone feels empowered to bring their whole and best selves to work.
