The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) offers dozens of online courses on quality improvement, patient safety, and leadership, amongst others.

Physicians are eligible for JCC ​sessional payment of 5 hours once you have completed Level 1 Training. This includes:

• QI 101: Introduction to Health Care Improvement
• QI 102: How to Improve with the Model for Improvement
• QI 103: Testing and Measuring Changes with PDSA Cycles
• Watch Dr Don Berwick presentation – Overview of QI in Healthcare for BC (password required)

How to start?

STEP 1.

Complete your registration by filling out this form here.

STEP 2.

A team member will email you with further instructions on how to be added to the account.

STEP 3.

Once you have completed L1 Training, submit this form in order to receive your sessional payment of 5 hours.
