Hosted by the Canadian College of Health Leaders Western Chapters, this conference will present an opportunity for health leaders across Canada to explore themes and leadership lessons learned from Canada's west coast health leaders.
The CWHLC will focus primarily on two domains of the LEADS in a Caring Environment Capability Framework: Lead Self and Engage Others.
